Before blow drying, spray your damp hair with a "hot spray". This is usually found in the beauty section of stores such as Target or Wal-Mart and is quite useful at helping the hair dry quicker and preventing split ends. "Hot sprays" help moisturize hair, and even make it smell good!
If you have ever had a bout of bumps on the backs of your arms, know that they are a form of eczema called keratosis pilaris. They are more often seen in the wintertime, because air is generally drier, which, in turn, causes dry skin. To get rid of them, exfoliate the affected area and then moisturize.
Coral or rose colored blush can make a square face look less angular, with a softer overall appearance. Apply the creamy blush to the apples of your cheeks with your fingers. Gently tug them and fan the color towards your temples.
Apply concealer prior to applying base and eye makeup to help cover dark under eye circles. That will give your eye color a smooth foundation. Always apply facial products gently to avoid irritation of the skin.
Your mind, and way of thinking, can be your best beauty tip. In a lot of cases, the difference between a nice appearance and a not-so-nice appearance is just a matter of getting educated. When you know what you need to do to look good, it is far easier to make that happen.
